A restaurant with real delicacies. We are passionate about the culinary skills and the fantastic dishes. The nice and friendly wait staff should also be mentioned. We'd love to come back.

We were spoiled twice by the trainee and once by the chef and were three times very satisfied. The service and the overall ambience provided the perfect setting for an all-round successful dinner. Thank you very much and good luck for the future and many satisfied guests.

Simply great, you rarely come to a restaurant where you feel so comfortable! The service was very courteous and warm! But the highlight was again the food! Such a quality is rarely offered! Staff 5 stars Food 6 stars Price 5 stars Ambience 4 stars Service 5 stars I found out about this restaurant through another restaurant and thought of 40 reviews with 5 stars, that must be a FAKE, it doesn't exist within 250km of Göttingen. Yesterday evening I was shot into space, the carrot-ginger soup was already a poem, but the chanterelle soup shot the bird off ..... 😍 For the main course there was Zürcher Geschnetzeltes with beef instead of veal, as in the past at Gebhards (RIP). With a touch of Japanese cuisine. PS, If I had known that Mr Latz had won several prizes in the patisserie, I would have left out the main course and whistled in the chocolate cake, but with the abundance that was no longer possible. Thank you very much for this super performance!

Always a pleasure! We ate here yesterday and loved it as always. The service is friendly, attentive and warm. With every dish you can see the passion and love for the job. This is reflected in the very good quality, creative combinations, elaborate arrangement and, last but not least, a taste experience.

If you really want to be pampered with culinary delights, the Ben restaurant is the right address. Attentive service, a creative menu, a pleasant ambience and delicious, beautifully presented dishes make a visit to the restaurant a special experience. We recommend! My personal highlight is the starter platter for two - a real feast for the eyes and the palate!

If you eat here, you get more than just something on your plate! We were pleasantly surprised by the bank that there is still a restaurant in Herzberg that focuses on guests! The highlight was the food, in terms of taste and appearance it was bomb! A little tip for others: It is best to order a week in advance, because unfortunately we haven't got a table for Saturday! Yesterday there was a guest again for half a year, and again we were pleasantly surprised! The content of the menu is quite modern and yet peppered with classic components! The service reflects this to a high degree, who smiles even under the mask! In my opinion, the restaurant deserves a star, but compared to the surrounding area (Werningerode / Friedland) it is ranked 1! The Ben restaurant is absolutely first class at a very reasonable price. The dishes are prepared with attention to detail and taste delicious. Larger or smaller servings are not a problem, and all diets are also taken into account. The service is very friendly and attentive. We have eaten here several times and the level remains top, we can only recommend it!

I was allowed to eat in this restaurant again on January 18, 2020. Truly - as always - a pleasure. I had a three course meal; Onion soup, scallops and fillet steak. Each dish was made for its own sake and so wonderfully prepared for the eye that you hardly dared to destroy these works of art. This restaurant is also worth a visit. My return is secured.
